handicap accessible; unfortunately, the Foster House, Fort Atkinson's
first frame home, is not wheelchair accessible.

Description: The Hoard Museum includes the Hoard House (furnished from the early 1900s), The Lincoln Library and Civil War exhibits, The National Dairy Shrine and the Foster House and Gardens (furnished from the 1860s). Other exhibits include Native American artifacts, textiles, birds, dolls, toys, a police and fire display and the Lorine Niedecker Room.
