Description: Filled with numerous artifacts from Middleton residents, the museum also holds an extensive collection of Depression glass, and an egg cup collection. The second floor features a children's room with toys and school items including class photos, and a doctor's room containing artifacts of the medical profession. The building was for three generations a doctor's residence, built in 1868 and owned by the Rowley family. The Middleton Historical Society assumed ownership of the house in 1989. A carriage house on the grounds houses an 1800s doctor's carriage as well as early farm equipment and tools. Free admission, donations welcome.
