Narodno! International Dancers
Narodno presents traditional dances, songs and instrumental music from the folk cultures of Eastern Europe. Its repertoire features suites of dances from Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia and Albania, all performed in regional costume. Performances may include audience participation in dance and song. Narodno's troupe of 20 dancers performs in indoor and outdoor settings for both formal and informal occasions. The group rehearses weekly and performs between 15 and 20 times a year throughout Wisconsin. Observers are welcome at rehearsals. Admission to membership is by audition.
