Wisconsin State Rosemaling Association
The association was formed to educate Wisconsin residents about rosemaling, a traditional Norwegian form of decorative painting. The 225-member group sponsors a state rosemaling competition at the annual Syttende Mai celebration in Stoughton (May) and a Holiday Rosemaling Bazaar, also in Stoughton (October). A quarterly newsletter is produced for the membership; classes are offered to the public.
