Artist statement
I've always enjoyed photographing the small, easily overlooked miracles that surround us every day, yet remain unnoticed. The beauty is in the details.
Biography
I've been photographing for 40 years. My main interest has always been the intricacies of detail and the great variation of forms in the natural world.
I've done volunteer photography for the Wisconsin chapter of the Nature Conservancy and contributed many dragonfly photos for books and exhibitions in the U.S. and Europe.
I work in Electronic Prepress as a scanner operator and page assembler and do color correction work.
